Order
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via Purchase Order, an Order Confirmation will be given to you after we received the PO.
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.
Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

VAT will be calculated automatically in to your cart.

Payment
For now we only accept payment using bank transfer method to our account.
If you buy online in our online store, Payment using Bank Transfer should be settled in 24 hours after check out otherwise, ordered will be cancelled automatically.
If you buy using Purchase Order, then bank transfer should follow the instruction in PO acceptance.
At this moment, we don’t accept payment using Credit Card, Please choose other payment method if you buy online in our store.

Delivery
Delivery will depend on the products availability status.
For ready stock products, delivery for Indonesia territory you could expect to receive the orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
For non stock products, we will confirm the delivery date in Order Confirmation.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
We will ship your order using the JNE courier service. The cost will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
If you have preference to use other courier service, please consult us.
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to fill in with new address if you need to.
However, after check out, and you need to change the shipping address, please contact us urgently. As long as the products are not shipped out from our office, we will help you to manage it.
